The most regular blitz at a Lima club is in Breña, where the Círculo Peruano de Ajedrez runs a numbered Monday series, Lunes de Blitz, at three minutes plus two seconds over seven rounds, and Club de Ajedrez Barranco Crema has listed a Tuesday blitz for untitled players as well as its Wednesday evening tournament. Club Lima Chess in San Martín de Porres and Club Casa del Ajedrez in Surco add blitz events to their calendars.
In Los Olivos, Club de Ajedrez Dragón held a blitz tournament in February 2026, and Peones Guerreros plays fast chess with its school-age players. Chess Winners in Santa Anita has run blitz rounds too. On the campuses, the UPC team lists blitz training tournaments and a “torneo relámpago”, and UTEC Chess Club in Barranco organises fast events for its students.
