Every change to the Lima list, or to the rules it follows, is entered here with its date, newest first. Entries are never rewritten or deleted; a mistake in one is put right by a new entry.

A data entry means cards were added or revised; a correction records something a reader sent through the form; a wording entry changes text only; a method entry changes how the list is put together. A correction to one place also appears on that place’s card.
