Newest sign of chess

A newspaper article of 24 December 2025, citing the council’s social-media notice, lists chess among the summer 2026 workshops of the Los Olivos council, with in-person enrolment from 22 December to 6 January and classes from 5 and 6 January 2026 at five venues: the Palacio de la Juventud and the Palmeras, Tulipanes, Bombonera and Pro sports centres. It does not say at which venue chess is taught or that the workshop recurs. No later notice was found.
